‘Seriously Call Me’
What started as a side-project in college with her best friend Ariana Brockington, has turned to a fun, semi-professional endeavor. Their podcast started as the ‘We Been Knew’ podcast for Her Campus Northwestern. But now it’s called ‘Seriously Call Me’ and they record it from their separate parts of America: Los Angeles and Chicago.

‘Heroes of the Galaxy’
Alani and one of her good friends, Millicent Thomas, co-host a Star Wars-themed podcast called ‘Heroes of the Galaxy,’ to dig into the galaxy far, far away from two women’s perspectives when that’s not always the case. Plus, they just can’t shut up about it and wanted an outlet to do that. There are two segments, the Heroes Cantina where they geek out about news or a specific theme that week, and My First Clone Wars, where Alani takes Millicent on a Clone Wars lesson through a new arc each episode.
